About the accommodation, it's very easy to find one (I will write a post if I have time one day), full scholarship (apply through the Korean Government or directly through the university- this I am not sure), and finally, it is VERY SAFE to go South Korea.<br /><br />Mimieyy<br /><br />Yes, I was awarded the scholarship to study there.
